Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, pristine items with all original tags attached within 7 days of delivery.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Portal or contact clientservices@kesele.com. A complimentary prepaid shipping label will be provided.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days of the item being received and inspected at our atelier.
